Please do not attempt to use any image or text without the owners consent.
Any infringement of this will be taken seriously. All items are hand-crafted and unique to the designer unless stated.
Every attempt has been made to replicate or describe colours, but due to the nature of them being hand-made slight variations may occur. Individual monitor settings may also vary. If you need clarification of a colour please email prior to purchase.
Any information you provide will never be sold or given to a third party.
Until an email has been sent to you confirming your order there is no contractual agreement between Diversity In Style and you, the customer. Once this email has been sent I have then entered into a contract to dispatch goods to you.
Diversity In Style reserves the right to amend any section or prices without prior notice. This includes withdrawing an item from sale, any special offers or discounts.
All sizes are approximate, and the images shown are not the real size, they mostly have been enlarged to show detail. If in any doubt as to the size of an item please ask.
Cancellations of orders - Within distance selling regulations you have the right to cancel your order within seven working days. This excludes cancelled orders for not taking delivery of an item. It is your responsibility to ensure it is collected from the depot if you are not in to sign for it when it is delivered. If you have received your item it is your responsibility to return the item. It is recommended that this is by insured post.
EXCHANGES / RETURNS / POSTAGE CLAIMS / DELAYED SENDING OF ITEMS
An item can be exchanged if you simply change your mind; this can be done up to ten days after receipt. It must be returned in the same condition as it was received, unworn and in the original packaging and gift box (if applicable). Insured post is advised. Please email at your earliest convenience to advise of your intentions. Please include your name and address, order number (found on your receipt) and what you would like to exchange it for from the website. Please also ensure to enclose a cheque/postal order for the return postage. Diversity In Style cannot send out exchanges without payment for return postage. I do offer a no quibble money back guarantee if the item/s is/are returned within ten days of receipt if you simply change your mind. However you are responsible for the cost of the postage to return the goods.
I wish for you to be happy with your purchase and in the event of something being out of stock you will be offered a credit note.
Diversity In Style will offer a refund for items sent Special Delivery and did not arrive (if an item can be re-made this option will be offered to you) or was damaged in transit. The packaging in this instance must be kept if a claim is to be made with Royal Mail. PLEASE email me as soon as possible if this occurs.
All items sent First Class post /Recorded Delivery are sent at the customers own risk. Royal Mail do not insure jewellery sent this way. Proof of postage is always obtained and will be sent to you should you wish to attempt to make a claim.
If an item is not claimed from the depot after being sent Recorded Delivery/Special Delivery and is subsequently returned you will have to pay to have it re-sent. I will not accept cancellation of an order on the strength of this. If the item remains with Diversity In Style after 21 days the right is reserved to re-sell the item.
If you wish for your item to be delayed in being sent i.e. in the event of you going on holiday please advise me of this in plenty of time and I will hold If an item is not claimed from the depot after being sent Recorded Delivery/Special Delivery to you and is subsequently returned you will have to pay to have it re-sent. I will not accept cancellation of an order on the strength of this. If the item remains with Diversity In Style after 21 days the right is reserved to re-sell the item.
If you wish for your item to be delayed in being sent i.e. in the event of you going on holiday please advise me of this in plenty of time and I will hold your item until your return. If I am not advised then I cannot issue a refund if an item is returned due to non collection.
FAULTS/BREAKAGES
It is unlikely of faults/breakages but we are all human and these things do happen, please accept my sincere apologies. If an item should break within the first three months I shall endeavour to repair it. After this period a small fee may be charged. This does not apply to standard wear and tear or if the item was not taken care of appropriately (see 'aftercare/materials/exchanges' section)
If an item is found to be faulty you are requested to email the details to me together with your name and address and order number (found on your receipt) and when you will be sending the item back. You are advised to send it by insured post.
I can do one of the following;
Mend the item and send it back to you free of charge or issue you with a credit note against a future purchase.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
Out of stock items should not occur but if they do you will be notified as soon as possible and your full payment including postage returned to you. If you wish for an item to be made please allow time for this and a deposit of 30% will be required. (Please see 'commissions' on the 'general information' page).
THERE IS USUALLY A WAY AROUND ANY ISSUE. I BELIEVE IN A GOOD AFTER-SALES SERVICE. I don't bite, except on a Sunday, but don't tell anyone :)
