Please do not attempt to use any image or text without the owners consent.
Any infringement of this will be taken seriously. All items are hand-crafted and unique to the designer unless stated.
Every attempt has been made to replicate or describe colours, but due to the nature of them being hand-made slight variations may occur. Individual monitor settings may also vary. If you need clarification of a colour please email  Nicola before purchase.

Any information will never be sold or given to a third party. It will only be used for sales purposes or contact from Nicola at Diversity In Style. If you sign up to the mailing list your name can be removed at any time by simply sending an email requesting you are removed. 
By signing up you are under no obligation to purchase nor will you be spammed. You will receive a maximum of one newsletter a month. This may include promotions and pre-views of latest designs.

Until an email has been sent to you confirming payment has been accepted there is no contractual agreement between Diversity In Style and you the customer. Once this email has been sent we then have entered into a contract to despatch goods to you.

Diversity In Style reserves the right to amend any section or prices without prior notice. This includes withdrawing an item from sale, any special offers or discounts.
All sizes are approximate, and the images shown are not the real size, they mostly have been enlarged to show detail. If in any doubt as to the size of an item please email Nicola.
Cancellations - You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days without giving a reason. This excludes cancelled orders for not taking delivery of an item. It is your responsibility to ensure it is collected from the depot if you are not in to sign for it when it is delivered.  If you have received your item it is your responsibility to return the item. It is recommended that this is by insured post.

EXCHANGES/RETURNS

Earrings which are for pierced ears cannot be exchanged for hygiene reasons. Therefore if a set is purchased which includes earrings this cannot be exchanged. If the item is for a gift a gift voucher may be a better option. These can be purchased under the 'Purchase postage & Extras' section. Any other item can be exchanged if you simply change your mind, this can be done up to ten days after receipt. It must be returned in the same condition as it was received, unworn and in the original packaging and gift box (if applicable). Insured post is advised. Please email at your earliest convenience to advise of your intentions. Please include your name and address, order number (found on your receipt) and what you would like to exchange it for from the website. Please also ensure to enclose a cheque/postal order for the return postage. Diversity In Style cannot send out exchanges without payment for return postage. We do offer a  no quibble money back guarantee if the item/s is/are returned within ten days of receipt if you simply change your mind. However you are responsible for the cost of the postage to return the goods.
We wish for you to be happy with your purchase and in the event of something being out of stock you will be offered a credit note.

REFUNDS

Diversity In Style will offer a  refund for items sent Special Delivery only and did not arrive (if an item can be re-made this option will be offered to you) or was damaged in transit. The packaging in this instance must be kept if a claim is to be made with Royal Mail. PLEASE email Nicola asap if this occurs. All items sent First Class post /Recorded Delivery are sent at the customers own risk. This is due to jewellery not being insured by Royal Mail. Proof of postage is always obtained and will be sent to you should you wish to attempt to make a claim.
If an item is not claimed from the depot after being sent Special Delivery to you and is subsequently returned you will have to pay to have it re-sent. We will not accept cancellation of an order on the strength of this. If the item remains with Diversity In Style after 21 days the right is reserved to re-sell the item.

If you wish for your item to be delayed in being sent i.e. in the event of you going on holiday please advise us of this in plenty of time and we will hold your item until your requested date of dispatch. If we are not advised then we cannot issue a refund if an item is returned due to this.

If an item is found to be faulty you are requested to email the details to Nicola together with your name and address and order number (found on your receipt) and when you will be sending the item back. You are advised to send it by insured post.
Upon inspection and if the item is found to be faulty Diversity In Style can either do the following;
Mend the item and send it back to you free of charge or issue you with a credit note against a future purchase.
It is unlikely of faults/breakages but we are all human and these things do happen, please accept our apologies if this should happen. If an item should break within the first three months we shall endeavour to repair it. After this period a small fee may be charged. This does not apply to standard wear and tear or if the item was not taken care of appropriately (see 'Aftercare/materials Used' section).

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

Out of stock items should not occur but if they do you will be notified asap and your full payment including postage returned to you. If you wish for an item to be made please allow time for this and a deposit of 30% will be required. (Please see 'Commissions' under 'General Information' page).

THERE IS USUALLY A WAY AROUND ANY ISSUE. WE BELIEVE IN A GOOD AFTER-SALES SERVICE. WE WILL ENDEAVOUR TO ASSIST WITH ANY PROBLEM TO THE BEST OF OUR ABILITY.
